Lisa, is a graduated from University of Texas and St. Edwards University and then studied at the prestigious Parsons School of Design in Paris France, and Siena Italy. After her time in Europe, she moved back to Miami Florida to work for the fashion icon
Lisa met her husband designer Donald J Pliner in 1997 and became his muse, collaboration on many shoe designs for over the next 17yrs along with her own line Lisa F. Pliner 2008 , Lisa for Donald J Pliner in 2010.
Lisa cofounded the Peace for the Children Foundation, which provided charitable grants supporting non-for-profit organizations for the past decade. Lisa believes, "If a child could learn to communicate and play together, no matter their religion or race, we can bring peace."
Lisa's newest projects are her designed skull called Incognito18. She takes a form like shape of the skull then adds paper mache , paint, jewels, stones and other forms of materials to create her pieces, which have their own story. "The skull today is no longer a symbol of death and evil,
but a symbol of living your life to the fullest".
Lisa Faith Pliner is a loving wife and mother, successful shoe designer, accomplished
philanthropist, children's book author "A Puppy's Dream Comes True" and artist.
She currently resides in Bel Air, California with her husband Donald, daughter Starr Emmanuelle, and her little ones, Moonlite and Sunset
